We built Hiperpool out of our own frustration with the recruitment process. Candidates looking to explore new opportunities typically wade through hundreds of irrelevant job posts and vague head-hunter calls. Employers looking to hire great talent can expect to sift through thousands of profiles or pay exorbitant agency fees. In the midst of all this, candidates and employers too often miss out on the right opportunity.

How it works

Our curated-marketplace model redefines a 100 year-old process by combining the best from the recruitment and the technology worlds. There are no job posts, no middlemen and no mismatches. Here’s how it works:

  • Candidates apply to join the Hiperpool Community. Their secret is safe – profiles are not visible to the public, current employers or any other employers they specify.
  • Once approved, they can decide when to participate in the Marketplace, where they are matched with employers based on their background and interests.
  • Employers get access to a fresh pool of hand-picked candidates every Monday and can invite them to interview directly through the platform.
  • Candidates receive the full job details up-front and typically respond within a few hours.

The end result is a transparent and efficient experience, which puts talent in full control of their careers and enables employers to hire the ideal candidate for every position.

Hiperpool is aimed at experienced professionals (2 to 10 years of experience) with backgrounds in strategy, consulting, corporate finance and business development.

Employers on Hiperpool vary from high-growth startups and exciting corporates, to prestigious advisory and investment management firms. Right now, employers are mainly recruiting for full-time roles in London.

During the 4-month beta period, we saw over 2,000 candidates and 100 companies sign up on the platform. We facilitated hundreds of introductions between great talent and some of the most sought-after employers in London, including Facebook, BCG and GoCardless.
