Sabra Dipping Company was formed as a U.S./Canadian joint venture between Strauss Group and PepsiCo.

Sabra partnered with Hiperpool in order to find a Strategy Director to join their HQ in White Plains, NY.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategy Director is a critically important role that requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, strong business sense, coupled with superb analytical, problem solving and communication skills. This is a highly demanding, strategic and facilitative role that enables the CEO to work most effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. The Strategy Director is an integral member of the Office of the CEO and will be driving strategy formulation, corporate annual strategic review and strategy execution. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to build their career within a growing, entrepreneurial CPG company undergoing a massive transformation. Gaining critical experience, broad business acumen and organizational perspective under the CEO, this role can prepare motivated candidates for management roles across various functions.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 4-10 years’ experience at a top consulting firm
  • MBA a must
  • Detail-oriented strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities and ability to analyze information and develop resolutions with imperfect data
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Impeccable managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills with proven capability to synthesize complex information and communicate in a succinct manner
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high-performance level in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Trustworthy and ability to maintain extreme confidentiality and discretion
  • Passion for Sabra’s products and future growth potential in the U.S. and internationally
