About the role

The Business & Process Improvement (BPI) team is a team of ex-McKinsey and BCG, acting as an internal consultancy for Group management. Its main activities include
  • Improve Operations processes and trading systems
  • Facilitate the integration of newly acquired businesses
  • Analyze Group performance and report to senior management
  • Conduct business reviews with the trading desks
Since its creation in 2014, the team has been successful in driving operational, organizational and system changes. The team has a lot of projects and needs to be strengthened in order to deliver on all fronts.


  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience running large and complex business projects for a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Master degree in Engineering or Business from a top university
