Hiperpool’s Talent Sponsors were able to identify 10 members from the Hiperpool community that matched UserVoice’s requirements and were interested in the role. We then presented this short list to UserVoice's hiring manager, who decided to interview 80% of the proposed members.
After three interview rounds, UserVoice decided to make an offer to a Hiperpool member who accepted the role. The overall process took ~25 days.
