Hiperpool's Client Success Managers took the time to understand what Springboard was looking for and their mission to make an impact in the EdTech space. Hiperpool's Talent Sponsors were able to identify a number of members from our community that not only matched Springboard's requirements but aligned with their mission as well.
Founded by Gautam Tambay (former Bain) and Parul Gupta, Springboard is a rapidly-growing education-technology startup in downtown San Francisco. Our tight-knit ~200-person (~100 in SF) team is on a mission to bridge the world’s skills gap by preparing students for the digital economy.
We offer online, part-time, ‘career-change' courses designed to train and support students looking to move into new careers in fast-growing, in-demand areas such as Data Science, UX/UI Design, and Software Engineering. Springboard’s unique model combines project-based learning; 1-on-1 expert, industry mentorship; and a money-back Job Guarantee.
Springboard has raised a total funding amount of $53.2M, including a Series B round in August 2020. They are backed by the founders of LinkedIn and Princeton Review, Pearson, as well as the industry’s top educational VC firms.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply an analytical, strategic toolkit to a growing, fast-paced, startup environment. You will join the Business Operations, Analytics, & Strategy team of 5, where you will work alongside ex-Bain and McKinsey team members on projects critical to achieving Springboard’s mission. Your work will be a mix of solving the company’s toughest strategic problems, implementing and project managing new initiatives, and supporting ops teams.
Your work will carry across all of our product and ops teams, and you’ll develop relationships throughout the org, including frequent interaction with Springboard’s founders and exec team.
