The Bike Mobility Services B.V. (BMS), a full subsidiary of Pon Holdings B.V. aims to develop sustainable, active and affordable bike mobility services for employers and their employees. You will be our “eyes and ears” and build our local market intelligence. You will support the development of our strategy and act upon it, handling a balanced mix of strategic and operational activities. You will work in close collaboration with the whole BMS team and align with relevant stakeholders (IT, legal, etc.) within Pon Holdings.
You will be based in Stockholm or another major Swedish city, with some travel within Sweden to engage with our customers and business partners, as well as to the Netherlands and Germany to align with BMS and Pon Holdings stakeholders.

- Collect local market insights
- Develop and refine BMS strategy
- Shape our offering (service range, pricing, etc.)
- Define and implement adaptions of our digital platform (frontend + backend)
- Set up new partnerships (financial, commercial, etc.)
- Engage in marketing and PR activities
