The Bike Mobility Services B.V. (BMS), a full subsidiary of Pon Holdings B.V. aims to develop sustainable, active and affordable bike mobility services for employers and their employees. Due to shifting customer expectations (active, green mobility), technological development (e-bikes, connectivity) and regulation (tax benefits and infrastructure for bikes) we see a growing demand for bike mobility services

About the role

You will be our “eyes and ears” and build our local market intelligence. You will support the development of our strategy and act upon it, handling a balanced mix of strategic and operational activities. You will work in close collaboration with the whole BMS team and align with relevant stakeholders (IT, legal, etc.) within Pon Holdings.

You will be based in Stockholm or another major Swedish city, with some travel within Sweden to engage with our customers and business partners, as well as to the Netherlands and Germany to align with BMS and Pon Holdings stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES (EXTRACT):
  • Collect local market insights
  • Develop and refine BMS strategy
  • Shape our offering (service range, pricing, etc.)
  • Define and implement adaptions of our digital platform (frontend + backend)
  • Set up new partnerships (financial, commercial, etc.)
  • Engage in marketing and PR activities

Requirements

  • 2 years + experience in consulting
  • The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of strategic and operational skills, that will enable them to both develop a superior strategy and act upon it
  • You need to have strong business sense, paired with good communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting business relations with our customers and partners
  • You should have project management experience and possess the required toolkit to plan, drive and report/ present the progress of your projects self-sufficiently
  • Experience in the mobility sector is a plus, but not mandatory
  • You must be familiar with the Swedish business landscape and culture. At the same time, you should be used to work in international, multicultural environments and be able to manoeuvre in diverse, cross-functional project settings
  • We are looking for real entrepreneurs. This requires you to have the willingness to move beyond the planning stage of your projects and focus on the crucial elements to build and grow a profitable business. Lastly, you must be passionate about our mission and the business that we want to build together
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
