The Hiperpool team identified numerous members from the Hiperpool community that matched NKT’s requirements. More than 80% of the members shortlisted by Hiperpool were interviewed by NKT. Many members made it to final rounds. Over the span of a few months, three Hiperpool members received and accepted offers to join the Corporate Development team.

The NKT Cables Group is the corporate center of NKT Cables and supports the operational business of its divisions with the provision of excellent services. Within this organization, the Strategy team reports directly to the CEO and therefore holds a strong link to the Management Board.

NKT partnered with Hiperpool to find new team members for their Strategy & Corporate Development team.

About the role

  • Participate in international projects at group and business unit level, where you will assume a high level of responsibility in areas including Strategy, Business Development, Operational Excellence, Change Management and Investment/M&A
  • Work in the key area of company development and have immediate links to top management, providing a direct contribution to the realisation of the company’s growth strategy


  • 2-8 years experience in management consulting or strategy / corporate development roles in Industrial companies (the team is looking to hire across seniorities, from analysts to project leaders)
  • A convincing personality with a hands-on mentality and strong analytics and communication skills
  • High dedication and personal drive
