The successful Project Manager will be a crucial addition to the Program Management team and will have responsibility for developing and driving forward the sustainability agenda of the business line.
You will be responsible for building sustainability projects from the ground up and improving the sustainability in five of NKT’s factories. You will manage change projects end-to-end across sales, product management and product development to create more sustainable practices which will involve looking at topics including CO2 emissions, production and energy efficiency.
This position also provides high exposure and close interaction with senior colleagues across NKT (Commercial SVP and SVP of Operations).
- Identify improvements across the business line value chain from R&D to sales support
- Ensure that sustainability projects are executed and results are reached in quality and time: steer resources across department and escalate and resolve resource conflicts with the Business Line leadership team
- Assume leadership for other cross-functional projects, e.g. across sales and operations
- Oversee the delivery of strategic and cross-functional projects and drive content development
