MARKET PLACE WITH CA. ~1,500 ACTIVE B2B CUSTOMERS: Highly fragmented supply and demand side – in Germany alone ca. 5,000 licensed dealership companies and ca. 40,000 independent dealership companies addressable – currently at ca. 100+ sellers and ca. 1,300 buyers – flywheel with self re-enforcing network effects

EXCELLENT TEAM AND STRONG FINANCIAL BACKING WITH RECENT EVALUATION OF ~70M+: Heterogenous leadership team with industry and functional expertise, scaled up to ca. 80, hiring key talent from automotive platforms, tech players + backed by some of the most reputable leaders / investors in the European automotive and tech industries

About the role

  • You will develop innovative optimization approaches and sustainable strategies to stimulate complex changes and develop new sales potential in the automotive sector
  • You will carry out comprehensive competitor analyzes
  • You will derive concepts and new solutions from your results and draft decision-making templates for us
  • You focus on the implementation of the business strategy, the quantification of the business value of product ideas, the effective development of new business models and plans as well as the transfer into monetary business cases, always taking external and internal risks into account
  • You will be responsible for structuring and completing complex financial models and will also oversee pricing strategy, marketing and operational structures required for the commercialization of new products and businesses
  • You support sales with campaigns for business development and go-to-market strategies


  • Excellent university degree in economics, economics, innovation management, digital media or computer science
  • Sound professional experience as a venture architect, or as a strategy / management consultant in the field of founding, start-ups, business development or transformation in the digital environment
  • Proven experience in business modeling, planning and forecasting as well as in quantitative and economic modeling for digital products and services
  • Broad knowledge of the analysis of market and industry data including competition monitoring
  • Solution-oriented, pragmatic action with a high level of quality and a great sense of responsibility
  • Reliability and Accuracy
  • Confident handling of MS Office and other common tools (e.g. Teams, Slack, Jira)
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential
